Messring Brand development multiplies revenue

From hidden champion to international leader

Instead of producing the film ordered by the company, we used a new CI, claim and integrated communicaton to transform Messring, a hidden champion with market leadership in the field of crashtest facilities, into a brand at eye level with all premium automotive manufactures. The aggressive, up-and-coming competition from emerging countries was checkmated. We also defined new business fields and target groups and addressed employees and high-talents. This multiplied the company's sales. All worldwide large facility tenders went to Messring. And not only this – its name recognition, image, and new business fields prospered. Success through and through – underscored by the GWA Profi Award.

Misapor Falling in love with a stone

Creation of a love-brand helps successfully launch a low-interest product.

When launching the new foam glass gravel to architects, construction companies and building owners, we didn't start by demonstrating technical features. Instead, we wakened the desire for the grey stone in the low-interest category through a declaration of love. The many product benefits were only presented later. This declaration met with high favour in the diverse target groups and resulted in a successful launch.

Wacker Small budget – huge effect

One of the first creative pull-campaigns unites global OEMs for lasting sales and revenue growth.

Instead of a no-budget, mini Intel-Inside campaign for the silicone material Wacker uses in paints, we recommended launching an initiative called “We help facades”. We created a URL that became the central knowledge database for this product category – in twenty languages – and invited all manufacturers of facade coatings to contribute. Our creative, integrated campaign resulted in double-digit sales increases every year, even during recessionary times.

Trina Solar From stopgap to favourite

Smart solutions for smart people-campaign raises image and increases partner loyalty

New regulations limit marketing in the solar market. We therefore repositioned Trina as a personal partner for installers with inspiring products and services that installers can sell easily. We quickly developed a new, multi-channel European campaign especially approaching installers. It directly and personally addressed and involved the target group, not only in the print campaign but also in personalized direct mails – on- and off-line. These core activities were supported by POS material plus activities at international and regional trade fairs. Rapid success in the difficult, heavily regulated solar market was the result.

Magirus – Serving Heroes Emotional Campaign for Technology Supplier

Consistent realignment of all communication pays off:
The brand becomes a trust-and-love brand with gratifying sales growth.

Instead of simply creating a campaign depicting Magirus as a technology supplier, we repositioned the company with a new name, logo and claim: "Magirus. Serving heroes. Since 1864." To fill this advertising slogan with life, we developed a community for firefighters and an award that acknowledges these modest everyday heroes. A global emotional campaign with stunning pictures and the brand portal emphasise the partnership between the company and firefighters. All of this greatly improved the image of Magirus. As a matter of fact, the strategy is so successful, production can hardly keep up with the rapidly filling order books.

Hofstatt Integrated campaign makes a Munich real estate project highly desired

Premium positioning and cross-channel campaign attracts investors and tenants to large real estate project.

We managed all communication-related efforts for one of Munich's most important city development projects, developing an elegant name – Hofstatt – and logo for the historical address. Its positioning as "Uniquely Munich" emphasises the distinctive character of this property, whose surrounding environs have the typical Munich flair. Intensive PR and lobbying, events, discussion rounds and celebrations during the construction process created acceptance. The campaign and website profiled Hofstatt as a new premium address and boosted sales and rentals of the residential and commercial units.

Guardian Glass Multiplying the power of an idea: From commodity to inspiration

International branding and communication with channel, cultural, and touchpoint variations multiplies the power of a clear idea

Instead of simply translating a campaign, we researched the needs and pain points of European architects and then worked with our American partner agency to develop a clear strategy, positioning and core message that could be used globally. We created a comprehensive marketing program which was transcreated and localised for sixteen very different European markets. We broke out of the typical commodity paradigm and transformed Guardian into a well-known producer of special glass that inspires architects all over the world. As a result, sales have more than doubled within two years and market share increased by over fifty percent.
